- When Voyager debuted in 1999, the Windjammer featured a design that resembled a 1950s cafeteria. Likely considered less appealing than the neighboring Island Grill, it was replaced on the ship’s sister vessels with a more attractive, sea-and-tropics-inspired décor, similar to the Island Grill’s style. Finally, in May 2002, Voyager’s own Windjammer received a similar decorative upgrade.
