  • The Centrum, which debuted on Sovereign of the Seas in 1988, has since become a traditional feature of every Royal Caribbean ship. It is considered the "heart" of the vessel. The Voyager-class ships are so big that they have two atria instead of one, linked by the Royal Promenade, the first-ever horizontal atrium on a cruise ship.
